within 4-5 business days (usually less) from when you complete the form.
Once payment is made, there are no refunds since intellectual property will be delivered.
You will need
the following information:
1. Your name as it appears on your last tax return filed. 2.Your
social security number. 3.Current address. 4.Your previous address
that is shown on your most recent (not if filed within the last week) tax return, if different than your current address (it
must match exactly). 5.What forms and years you want to request. 6.You must have access to either email or fax for delivery of your forms. 7.Access to a printer, and adobe acrobat to fill out the forms that we provide for download.
