We Do Not give Tax Preparation Advice For Online Efile
Online Filing Support on 1040.com will answer all technically related questions for you.
The method of contacting Online Filing Support is email - olfhelp@1040.com.
It is correct to say that 1040.com or Rapid Tax Inc will not give tax preparation
related advice, and this is primarily because of liability issues. All questions regarding Online Filing come through
email only.
Copies Of Your Return
If a you want a copy of your return before the season has closed, you can send an email to olfhelp@1040.com , if the season has closed the IRS will send a copy of your return free of charge out to that person. The current
process set up is, during the tax season when you file a return through this website, you will receive an email acknowledgement
from 1040.com when we receive it from the IRS. If accepted, that email will give you a link where you can print a copy of
the return. Also, at any time afterward, during the tax season, you may return to the Online Filing page, log in, and have
the ability to print a copy of your return. So you have this ability to do this yourself, without assistance.
State Returns Are Not Guaranteed To Be Available
Sometimes state returns are not available, especially at the beginning of the tax year due to programming
changes and/or delays. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your state return will be available or included.
